1. No-Return Policy for Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable products such as vegetables, fruits, dairy, and food items, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Incorrect product delivered

• Missing item in the order

• Damaged, spoiled, or poor-quality product at the time of delivery

• Order cancelled by VegNow due to unavailability

3. Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery by:

• Contacting customer support via the app or website

• Emailing us at care@vegnow.in

• Sharing order details and relevant photos (if required)

Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Process

Once the issue is verified:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or

• Credited to the VegNow wallet, as applicable

Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

After Dispatch

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after delivery

• Delay caused by incorrect address or customer unavailability

• Minor variations in size, weight, or appearance of fresh produce

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
